Who am I booking with?
Bali Trip Point is operated by PT AURA AGENT AGENCY, an Indonesian company (NIB 2105260050389). We arrange services delivered by local boat, tour, car and activity operators. See company details.
Are the prices on the site final?
Prices on the site are starting prices in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). The final total depends on the date, package, number of guests and pickup area, and your manager confirms it in writing before you pay.
How do I pay?
In IDR, after your manager confirms availability and sends the final total and invoice. You can pay by bank transfer to the PT AURA AGENT AGENCY account at BRI, or through a secure online payment link (virtual account, QRIS, e-wallet or card) from our licensed payment partner. Can I cancel or change my booking?
Before payment you can cancel your request free of charge. If we cannot confirm your booking after you pay, you get a 100% refund. For a confirmed booking our standard terms are 100% back at 72 hours or more before the start, 50% at 24–72 hours and 0% under 24 hours, unless the experience has its own terms, which we send you before you pay. One free date change is possible if the operator has availability. See the cancellation & refund policy.
Is hotel pickup included?
It depends on the experience. Each experience page shows whether transfer is included, and for some areas there is a surcharge. We confirm it before you pay.
What if the weather changes?
Boat trips and water activities depend on sea conditions, and the operator may change or cancel them for safety reasons. In that case you choose a new date or a 100% refund.
Can you combine several activities into one trip?
Yes. Send us your dates and wishes, and we will put boats, cars and activities together into one plan.
