These terms apply when you request or book an experience with Bali Trip Point on balitrippoint.id, on WhatsApp or by email.

2. What we do

Bali Trip Point is a travel agent. We arrange tours, fast boat tickets, yacht and boat charters, cars with driver, self-drive car rental, water sports and other activities. These services are delivered by independent local operators: boat companies, drivers, car rental companies, dive centres and activity providers.

We are your single contact for the whole booking: we confirm the details with the operator, issue the invoice, receive the payment, pass your booking to the operator, and handle changes, cancellations, refunds and complaints.

3. Prices

  • All prices are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR).
  • Prices on the website are starting prices ("from"). The final total depends on the date, package, number of guests and pickup area.
  • The final total is confirmed to you in writing before you pay. It includes everything you have to pay us for that booking, unless an extra (for example an optional transfer or a fuel surcharge) is listed separately in the confirmation.
  • After you have paid, the price of that booking does not change.

4. How booking works

  1. Request. You send a request on WhatsApp or by email (date, experience, number of guests, pickup area).
  2. Availability check. Your manager checks availability with the operator.
  3. Final price and invoice. You receive in writing the final total in IDR, what is included, the cancellation terms and an invoice from PT AURA AGENT AGENCY.
  4. Payment. You pay the invoice in IDR using one of the methods on the Payment page.
  5. Booking confirmed. After we receive the payment, we confirm the booking and send the confirmation (voucher) with the meeting point, time and contacts for the day.

A request or an invoice alone is not a booking. The booking is confirmed when we have received your payment and sent you the confirmation. If, after your payment, the booking cannot be confirmed, you receive a 100% refund (see the Cancellation & Refund Policy).

5. Payment

You pay only after we have confirmed availability and sent you the final total and invoice. Available methods:

  • bank transfer in IDR to the account of PT AURA AGENT AGENCY at BRI;
  • if you do not have an Indonesian bank account, ask the manager which payment option is currently available;
  • cash in IDR, only when agreed with the manager in advance.

The invoice states the amount and the payment deadline. If the invoice is not paid by the deadline, the operator may release the place and we will check availability again. Use only the payment method confirmed by the manager. Details: Payment information.

6. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellations, date changes and refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy: 100% refund if the booking cannot be confirmed after payment; for cancellations by you, 100% at 72 hours or more before the start, 50% between 24 and 72 hours, 0% under 24 hours or no-show, unless the confirmation states other terms for that experience. Weather or safety cancellations by the operator: a new date or 100%, your choice.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Give us correct details: names, number and ages of guests, pickup address, contact number.
  • Be at the pickup point, meeting point or harbour on time.
  • Follow the safety instructions of the operator, captain, guide or instructor.
  • Tell us before booking about health conditions, pregnancy or other limits that matter for the activity. Some activities have age, weight or health restrictions; we tell you about them before you pay.
  • For self-drive car rental: hold a driving licence valid in Indonesia for the vehicle and follow the rental conditions sent to you before payment.
  • Carry the documents the operator or harbour requires (for example ID or passport, diving certificate).

8. Responsibility

We are responsible for giving you correct information about the booked experience, for arranging the booking as confirmed, and for handling refunds and complaints under our policies.

The operator is responsible for delivering the service safely, with the required permits and in line with Indonesian law. If a confirmed service is not delivered, or is materially different from what was confirmed, tell us straight away: we will work with the operator to fix it and, where the service was not provided as confirmed, arrange a replacement or a refund under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection or other mandatory Indonesian law.

9. Personal data

We use your personal data only to handle your request and booking, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Personal-data consent.

10. Complaints

11. Law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. They are published in English, Russian and Bahasa Indonesia; if the versions differ, the Bahasa Indonesia version prevails.

12. Changes to these terms
