1. What you agree to
You agree that PT AURA AGENT AGENCY (Bali Trip Point) may process the personal data you give us to:
- answer your request, check availability and prepare an offer and invoice;
- book and arrange the service with the operator and pass the operator the details it needs;
- receive your payment and make refunds, including through our licensed payment partner and banks;
- contact you on WhatsApp, by email or by phone about your request and booking;
- handle changes, cancellations, complaints and disputes.
Data: name, contacts, booking details, guest details the operator needs, payment details, correspondence. Full list, recipients and retention periods: Privacy Policy.
2. Marketing is separate
We send offers and news only if you say yes separately (for example, in the chat). Saying no does not affect your booking.
3. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to btpinfobali@gmail.com or +62 896-7183-6304. We then stop the processing that is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done, or records we must keep for an existing booking, accounting, tax or a dispute. If you withdraw consent before your booking is completed, we may not be able to perform it; we will tell you if this is the case.
