2. Subject
The seller arranges travel services shown in the catalog on balitrippoint.id (tours, boat tickets, boat and yacht charters, cars with driver, self-drive cars, activities). The services are performed by independent local operators selected and booked by the seller.
3. Catalog information
The catalog shows a description of each experience, what is included and a starting price in IDR. It is an invitation to send a request, not a final offer: availability and the final total depend on the date, package, number of guests and pickup area.
4. Individual offer
For each request the seller sends the customer in writing (WhatsApp or email) an individual offer: the experience and package, date and time, number of guests, pickup, what is included, the final total in IDR, the payment deadline and the cancellation terms. The invoice of PT AURA AGENT AGENCY is part of this offer.
5. Acceptance
The customer accepts the individual offer by paying the invoice. By paying, the customer agrees to the individual offer, this public offer, the Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Payment
Payment is made in IDR by bank transfer to the account of PT AURA AGENT AGENCY at BRI, or in cash by prior agreement. Clients without an Indonesian bank account should ask the manager which option is currently available. See Payment information.
7. Performance
- Request. You send a request on WhatsApp or by email (date, experience, number of guests, pickup area).
- Availability check. Your manager checks availability with the operator.
- Final price and invoice. You receive in writing the final total in IDR, what is included, the cancellation terms and an invoice from PT AURA AGENT AGENCY.
- Payment. You pay the invoice in IDR using one of the methods on the Payment page.
- Booking confirmed. After we receive the payment, we confirm the booking and send the confirmation (voucher) with the meeting point, time and contacts for the day.
After payment the seller confirms the booking with the operator and sends the confirmation (voucher). The operator performs the service on the confirmed date.
8. Cancellation and refunds
If, after payment, the booking cannot be confirmed, the customer receives 100% of the amount paid. Other cancellations, changes and refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
9. Customer rights and complaints

10. Validity
This offer is valid from the date of publication on this page. The version published on the day of payment applies to a booking. It is published in English, Russian and Bahasa Indonesia; if the versions differ, the Bahasa Indonesia version prevails.
